Lomba Community Expresses Outrage Over Actions by National Police Officers
Nova Sintra, October 2, 2026 (Bravanews) — The community of Lomba, on the island of Brava, is expressing concern and outrage over an incident involving National Police officers and a local youth that occurred today.
According to residents’ accounts, the young man was reportedly approached by National Police officers and, during the encounter, was ultimately arrested.
